If Fasting is an issue for whatever reason

Learn to live a fasted life.

E.g no eating everyday before noon or 1pm and set aside a day for 12 hour fasting

Or no eating everyday before noon and when you eat, you eat to stay fasted. Which means you don't eat to the point that you have to sleep it off. You eat to the point that you know you have eaten enough but you are not eating just to eat.
